The staff that interacts with my mom on a daily basis from the nursing care, activities director, etc. are still the same smiling faces that we met on move-in day. I also know and recognize many of the residents; many of whom have been there longer than my mom. The staff is easy to get in touch with and very responsive to concerns\/needs. It feels like one big family at The Oxford Grand and has for many years! She had memory issues, and I strongly believe that many [communities] would have put her in memory care right away. But the staff at Oxford, along with the residents, helped to take care of my mom while she was in assisted living for three years. We moved mom to memory care for her safety, and the staff there was excellent as well. It made me feel good knowing that the staff took such good care of her. If you are looking, take the time to stop in. Little things, like the construction, being a square building is genius, as it's difficult to get lost.
